My Magic Moments (“we,” “us,” or “the site”) is an independently operated informational website for college-bound students and their parents or guardians. It is not operated by a company, college, government agency, scholarship provider, or financial institution.
Information we collect
We do not offer visitor accounts, applications, public comments, or discussion forums, and we do not ask visitors to submit Social Security numbers, financial-account details, academic records, immigration information, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information by email.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider and security systems may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and error or security logs. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

College-bound audiences and children
This site is intended for college-bound students, older teens, parents, guardians, and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided personal information may contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
